Let's Party!

The date has been in the diary for some time, and now our party has been and gone! What a fantastic night!!

It got off to a shaky start when the electrics blew JUST as everyone was starting to arrive - good timing! We lost a couple of friends to the Temple Walkabout in favour of a pint until the lights, music and bar sprung back into action - thanks for coming back guys! The black out did mean that regular punters that were sharing our party room left pretty sharp-ish, which meant we managed to get most of the venue to ourselves - RESULT!

The night flew by, and considering some of us starting partying at 5pm, that can only be a reflection on what a brilliant night it was. Nadia and I compared it to what brides and grooms must experience on their wedding day - times flies, you wish you could have spent more time with each and every one of your guests and by the end of the evening you wish you could do it all again!

A tame start with drinks and chat, soon to follow was some foot tapping, swiftly followed by people finding the dance floor to 'bust some grooves’. The night ended with some saucy pole dancing (thank you Kieran! You were fab at it, and make me wonder about how you spend your weekends in Dublin). Some extravagant moves resulted in a couple of pairs of split jeans - classic! Makes me chuckle every time I think of it.

I hope you all enjoyed the evening, and managed to take in the wonderful night views of London from the boat in between drinks and a boogy. Thanks everyone for a top night - it really was one to remember and better than I ever imagined it would be. I will definitely be taking away some great memories around the world with me.
