One Night with Robbie Williams...

Well, it wasn't quite Wembley Stadium but even still Milton Keynes Bowl put on a pretty good show. The only downside to the venue is trying to get home which takes forever and generally isn’t that well organised (note to venue organisers should you ever stumble across my blog…).

Despite the ‘getting home saga’, the concert was brilliant! Luckily for us the rain held off which was a surprise after the torrential rain that covered most of the country the night before. We got to the grounds in good time and made enough room for 12 happy Robbie fans to all sit and sing-a-long together. Out of 65,000 people, somehow I managed to meet up with every single person I knew that was going to the concert that day.

Orson and Basement Jaxx were the support bands, and wow does Robbie pick fantastic support! Orson were great, and Basement Jaxx was amazing - they really knew how to get the party started!

After dancing away to Basement Jaxx, the man himself came on stage around 8.30pm. He sang hits songs Strong, Feel, Come Undone, Advertising Space, Pure, Angels, Kids and Let Me Entertain You, and even through in a Take That classic Back For Good. By the end of the evening Robbie Williams had done it again, he had certainly entertained us.

A great end to the summer!
